How to request account deletion
To request deletion of your account, please email us from the email address linked to your account, or include the phone number or email address used to sign in.

Data deleted
After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize account information and associated app data where applicable, including profile data, roles, focus tasks, goals, plans, app-generated records, and uploaded media.
Data that may be retained
Some records may be retained only where required for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or financial compliance. Any retained data is kept only for the required period.
Processing time
We usually process verified deletion requests within 7 business days. If additional verification is required, we will contact you by email.
